The Swampscott Recreation Department is excited to continue our partnership with certified local Mahjong instructors creating a fun, social way to learn and play this timeless game.
Dates: May 26, June 2, 9 and 16
Details: Four-part Learn to Play American Mahjong series, perfect for beginners and those looking to refresh their skills.
Players will need to purchase a 2026 National Mah Jong League Card, they will be available for purchase directly from the instructors on the first class. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome.
Our Instructors:
Amy OConnor: Amy is a member of the American Mah Jongg Association and a certified Oh My MahJong Instructor.
Lytania Knowles: Lytania is a member of the American Mah Jongg Association and is a certified Oh My MahJong Instructor.
